Time to get serious, y’all! I’ve been slacking when it comes to tracking my workouts but with only 80 days (a.k.a. 11 weeks) until my final dress fitting, it’s time to get down to the nitty gritty.

4/8/2013: 4 mile outdoor run, 1:45 min plank

4/9/2013: Rest

4/10/2013: 3 mile outdoor run

4/11/2013: Rest

4/12/2013: 4×800 speed work on treadmill

4/13/2013: 6 mile treadmill run

4/14/2013: 2 mile super easy outdoor run

4/15/2013: 1 hr spin class, 2:00 min plank
